We went out to celebrate the start of the Xmas season and for Mei Lan's birthday. We took a mini-vacation to Siesta Key in Florida. For Xmas dinner I made prime rib -it turned out just perfect! The night of Xmas eve -we took a walk to check out the beautiful tree at the Rockefeller Center -gorgeous!
